Everyone says "use AI." I actually build it into your business.

Most AI advice is a lecture. I'm an operator who's built working AI tools and runs a real brand on a lean, AI-native stack. I'll find where AI saves you time and money, build it into your workflows, and train your team to run it.

Operator, not an engineer or a strategist · Ships working tools · Runs a real brand on AI today
The problem

You know AI matters. Nobody's wired it in.

You've watched the demos. But nobody on your team can actually wire AI into how the business runs, and the consultants who pitch you are either engineers who don't get your operation or strategists who've never shipped anything.

I'm neither. I use AI every day to run lean instead of hiring a bigger team or an agency. I'll show you where it pays off in your business, and where it doesn't.

What you get
A clear-eyed look at your workflows, marketing, customer service, content, ops, and where AI actually pays off.
Working tools built into your business: custom assistants, content and lifecycle engines, service automation.
Reporting that runs itself, so you spend time on decisions, not on pulling numbers.
Your team trained to use it all, so it sticks after I'm gone.
An honest operator's read, not hype. If something isn't worth automating, I'll tell you.
Tool-agnostic and always current, whatever's genuinely best for the job that month.
How it works
01
$2,500–$5,000

AI Readiness Sprint

Two to three weeks. I audit your workflows, map the highest-ROI wins, and deliver a prioritized playbook plus a working demo or two. Low-risk, and it pays for itself.

02
From $3,000, fixed per build

Build project

I implement a specific win end to end: a custom assistant or agent, a content engine, service automation, AI-driven reporting. Scoped and priced per project, so a bigger build gets a bigger, still-fixed number, never an open meter.

03
$3,000–$6,000/mo

Fractional AI Officer

Ongoing: keep finding wins, build them, and keep your team current as the tools change. Optional, when you want a standing partner.

Why me

My edge isn't explaining AI. It's that I've shipped it.

I've built a growing stack of working AI tools: an eBay bot, a trading bot, a recruiting bot, an AI "head of staff" that helps run an organization, and the starts of plenty more. I ship websites, apps and full plans with AI.

And I run a consumer brand on a lean, AI-native setup instead of a big team. This isn't theory I picked up last quarter. It's how I already work.

Always shipping

Working AI tools in production, from an eBay bot to an AI head of staff, with more always in the build.

Where to start
The $2,500–$5,000 Readiness Sprint
Two to three weeks, a prioritized playbook, and a working demo or two. Most clients move to a build or a monthly retainer from there.

Questions

Are you an engineer?

No, and that's the point. I'm an operator who adopts AI into real business workflows. If you need deep ML research, I'm not your person. If you need AI actually working in your business next month, I am.

Is our data safe?

We use tools and setups that keep your data yours. I'll walk you through it before anything touches your systems.

We're small. Is this overkill?

Small is exactly where this pays off fastest, because you don't have an IT department to do it for you.

What if AI isn't worth it for part of my business?

Then I'll tell you. An honest no saves you more than a hyped yes, and it's how you end up trusting the yeses.
